Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
During busy periods, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
UK Shipping
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses.
Standard UK Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout
Express Shipping (if selected at checkout)
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Pasties & Pull-Ups are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order.
Pasties & Pull-Ups cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply to resend the item.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
