Our original PRO D Handle bar came first.
All our PRO bars are fully CNC machined in ENGLAND using thick 10mm material. Choose from either black powder-coated structural-grade carbon steel or raw 304 STAINLESS STEEL.

Our LITE D handle bars have all the versatility of our PRO range, but available at a lower price. Made using 8mm material, choose from either powder coated structural grade carbon steel or raw 304 STAINLESS STEEL.
LITE bar key features:
- Thinner, lightweight 8mm material.
- Tried and tested by the biggest lifters in the world.
- Highly adjustable, every 1 inch.
- Same hole layout as PRO bars.
- Laser cut G logo in centre.
- Durable textured black powder coat finish.
- Super strong but lightweight.
- Designed and manufactured in the UK.
- Worldwide shipping.
Our HOLEY D handle bars are a result of combining our standard bar with our T-BAR attachment. Featuring a central hole to suit an Olympic barbell, this makes the perfect bar for t-bar rows. HOLEY bars are available as part of the PRO and LITE range.

We believe our D Handle bar range is the most versatile cable attachment that a home or commercial facility can have.
Add some D Handles to perform:
- Lat pulldowns to target the upper back
- Bicep curls, allowing you to fully pronate and supinate
- Cable rows, to pronate and supinate, contracting the back musculature better.
- Tricep pushdowns
Add 2x single tricep ropes to perform:
- Lat pullovers
- Tricep extensions
